COMICSMART INC. (hereinafter, "the Company") handles personal information as part of its business activities, which include developing, managing writers, performers and other artists and providing content for consumers and other activities. The Company recognizes the importance of personal information protection and has established a personal information protection management system to maintain and manage personal information. We hereby declare that we are a company that pays careful attention to the handling of personal information, handles the personal information of our customers, business partners and employees appropriately, and protects personal information. In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we will disclose and explain the purposes for which personal information is used and how we handle personal information as follows.

1.The Company will acquire, use and provide personal information to the extent necessary for its business activities. The Company will use personal information only within the scope of the purpose for which it is used with the consent of the individual, and will take measures to prevent the use of such information beyond the scope of the purpose of use.
2.The Company shall comply with the laws and regulations, guidelines and other standards set forth by the government regarding the handling of personal information.
3.The Company shall take measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information, etc. We will also take the necessary corrective measures.
4.The Company shall establish Privacy Consultation Desk for receiving complaints and giving consultations regarding the Company's handling of personal information, as follows, and shall respond appropriately.
5.The Company shall establish and operate a management system for personal information protection and shall also conduct reviews and improvements on an ongoing basis.

Regarding the handling of specific personal information, etc.
Of the personal information handled by the Company, Specific Personal Information and Individual Number as defined in the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures" shall be handled in accordance with the "Basic Policy on the Appropriate Handling of Personal Numbers and Specific Personal Information" provided separately.
